SAP ACE is a customer awards process that recognizes & rewards SAP customers who have implemented and leveraged SAP solutions really well. SAP ACE is a hallmark of recognition from SAP India and is today considered by many as one of the top IT awards in India.
One of the reasons for SAP ACE being recognized as a prestigious award is the attention & rigor that goes into the evaluation process. This requires specific information from each nominee and uses a multi-stage evaluation process. Whilst we do understand that the process will take time, the value of recognition from SAP and the learnings you could get from the evaluation process would undoubtedly be useful for your entire organization.
Naturally, the final decision is yours. But we urge you to be a part of SAP ACE—sooner than later.

No – submissions are unique so one project will qualify for one category only Our Support Desk & Advisors are available on phone/mail to help you choose the most appropriate category. We’d like to add that a nomination is not rejected merely because it is in the wrong category—if required, evaluators examine a nomination and re-categorize it, under advise to you. Each project can be submitted only once—by one Project Sponsor (or executive) in your organization.

The evaluation goes through stages and judged by an independent jury comprising of esteemed members from industry.
If a nomination is totally exhaustive and complete, there may not be a need for additional information or discussion at all. And of course, until the jury panel decides, no project is out of the reckoning
SAP ACE is now in its 16th year and has evolved to become stronger & stronger. The extent of customer involvement and the fact that more than a dozen different expert panels so far have accepted the evaluation process is itself proof of its robustness. In addition, the process has been carefully improved each year.
We are proud of SAP ACE being a strong & fair evaluation. And over 1700 projects evaluated so far, is testimony to the SAP ACE values.
The SAP ACE awards night is a major showcasing and networking event, in itself. Indeed, the Who’s Who of SAP customers is likely to be there. It is an un-missable date.
However, as a matter of policy, SAP does not release the winners list before the event. We would, thus, strongly advise you to attend the event which could be a virtual or hybrid event.
